Cultural Relations Division

An overview of the Relations Division...concluding cooperation and twinning agreements with Iraqi universities. The Cultural Relations Division is considered one of the vital divisions in the missions department, through its effective role in consolidating cultural relations inside and outside and following up on the affairs of lecturers and university employees to participate in delegations, workshops, conferences, seminars, Training courses outside Iraq.
